Direct answer
What is Open Community?
Open Community is a source-aware directory for Discord servers, Telegram groups, VRChat communities, furry groups, and other niche social spaces. It starts with public destinations, keeps owner-claim status visible, and is designed to add verified community evidence only when that evidence actually exists.
Common questions
How do I find VRChat and furry Discord communities?
Search Open Community by name or interest, or browse the VR & Metaverse and Furry categories to compare public destinations and listing sources.
Does Open Community list Telegram groups?
Yes. Telegram is a primary directory alongside Discord, and one community profile can also connect VRChat, websites, Bluesky, Twitch, and other published destinations.
How does a public listing become verified and indexable?
Complete editorial profiles can appear after source and quality review. Owner verification is a separate label that requires control of an official destination.
